By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I, as the Artist...❥ Reserve the right to refuse any commission.❥ Maintain the right to post my work in any form.❥ Can post the commission on sites, use it in banners, and other means of promoting myself.
You, as the Client...❥ MAY print your commission for personal use.❥ May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.❥ CANNOT trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.❥ May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still properly credit me for the piece.❥ May post the work to your own website/social media but should credit or link back to me.
GENERAL
❥ Depending on the details and my schedule, my work pace could be slowed but I will update you on my progress.❥ I will ALWAYS ask for your opinion on the final sketch, before continuing the artwork. When approved, I may not send any more Work in Progress images until the commission is finished, unless you ask.❥ If there is a deadline for the artwork, let me know beforehand.❥ I use my days off for commissions, if I'm drawing other things I'm not ignoring your comm.
